BOOKING INFORMATION

  • Please ensure all passenger names match exactly as shown on their passports. Any discrepancies may result in denied boarding or the need to purchase a new ticket at your own expense.

  • If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us on the same day of your reservation to secure the lowest possible amendment fees.

  • The holiday itinerary provided reflects your confirmed travel request.

  • Hotel, tour, and transfer vouchers will be issued only after full payment has been received. In some cases, flight tickets especially discounted or waitlisted fares, may be released up to one week before departure.

  • Kindly review and confirm that your hotel and its location meet your preferences before travel.

  • On rare occasions, a confirmed service may become unavailable or be cancelled by the supplier due to technical or availability issues. If this occurs, we will inform you promptly. Our contract with you may be terminated in such cases, and a full refund of any payments made will be provided. No further compensation will be due.

  • In the event of cancellations or rescheduling of tours, concerts, sporting events, or other activities, your booking will be treated as a standard holiday or city break. While tour/event tickets will be refunded in full, accommodation and flight costs will remain non-refundable.

  • Once confirmed, your flights, hotels, transfers, and excursions are non-refundable, non-changeable, and non-transferable, unless otherwise specified in your booking.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

  • Please ensure you check in online at least 72 hours before departure to avoid potential inconvenience or financial loss. We cannot be held responsible for missed flights or penalties caused by failure to do so.

  • For peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

  • Entry, visa, and medical requirements are subject to change. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure all travel documents and visas are valid before departure.   • We advise all passengers to refer to the FCO travel guidance prior to travel for details on entry procedures, quarantine measures, and safety advisories: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/travel-advice-novel-coronavirus#quarantine-while-you-are-abroad . Travelers are responsible for staying informed of the latest regulations before departure.

REFUND POLICY

  • Agreed refunds will be processed by bank transfer in the requester's name upon submission of bank details via email.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 8–12 weeks. Please note that Findmytrip.uk is not responsible for any bank or transfer fees incurred during this process.

  • Cancellations related to quarantine or travel restrictions are subject to the individual supplier's policies. If flights and other arrangements remain operational but you choose not to travel, standard cancellation fees will apply.
